Kirsty Stringer
Director
Kirsty is the Director at Locate Estate Agent and has many years of experience in all aspects of sales. Kirsty’s expertise lie in the progression of the sales properties and providing superb customer service, she has seamlessly transferred her skills and intuition for clients needs. Kirsty is also skilled in all aspects of the industry and is on hand to guide you every step of the way. Helping people is in her blood and her reviews over social media speak for themselves.
Kirsty is a mother of two children, and is often seen bobbing about town or on the sidelines of the local football team and dance studio cheering on her son and daughter.
William Hill (Billy)
Branch Manager (company partner)
Billy is the Branch Manager at Locate Estate Agent and has over ten years experience in the property industry. Firstly starting out as a lettings manager and then making the transition over to sales and Branch Manager. Billy’s expertise lies in the valuation of sales and rental properties, making sure properties are valued correctly and put to market. Billy is also very experienced in all aspects of the property industry, from the viewings to completions. Throughout his years as an Estate Agent, Billy has marketed and sold hundreds of properties of all shapes and sizes.
Billy has four children and is the head coach of a local rugby team and keen fundraiser.
Jade Boland
Sales Manager
Jade has joined the Locate team after several years’ experience in the industry working for a local independent agent. Jade is very experienced in all aspects of estate agency and brings a wealth of knowledge and great customer service skills. Jade is a valued member of our sales department and will be on hand to guide you through the sales process from viewings to completions.
Jade is a mother of two children and enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time.
Katherine Mortimer
Lettings Manager
Katherine is our most recent member of the team and comes to us with a wealth of customer service experience. Katherine has worked in the travel industry for over ten years and has many transferable skills. Katherine will be managing our Lettings department as it is clear to see her thoroughness and organisational skills are second to none.
Katherine lives in the local area and has children at a nearby school. Katherine likes to unwind by attending Yoga classes and enjoying the great outdoors.
Jack Murry

Jack has been in the industry for many years and during this time Jack has worked locally and is experienced in all aspects of estate agency.
Jack brings a wealth of knowledge and superb customer service skills which will fits right in here at Locate.
In his spare time Jack is an avid Football and Boxing fan and enjoys recreational time with his two young children.
Amie
OFFICE JUNIOR
Amie has joined the team following her role as our part time office Junior. She has took to the industry like a Duck to water and has now decided that progression in Estate Agency is her chosen career path Amie will undergo her apprentice training with Locate and study towards her qualification.
Amie lives locally and attended the local high school and then onto sixth form. In her spare time Aimee likes to go to the gym and having just passed her driving test loves to get out and about.
