Locate Estate Agent is a proudly independent, local business founded in 2020 by owners Kirsty and Billy. With over 20 years of combined experience working together at another independent agency, they felt the time was right to create something of their own—an estate agent built on honesty, quality customer service, and genuine value for money.

What began at Kirsty’s kitchen table quickly grew, moving from a small office above a chip shop, to a larger base on the outskirts of Urmston, and now to our prominent home right in the heart of the town centre.

Today, Locate is made up of a dedicated team of seven, all with strong ties to the local community. We’re proud to live and work in the area we serve, with local knowledge that helps us provide the best possible advice to our customers.
