This company is a true gem. The service they provided was kind, attentive to detail and efficient. Kirsty and her team made sure at every turn that things progressed well and when they slowed down a bit Kirsty got in touch with the solicitors to help things along. Every colleague we met were super friendly but Kirsty, Jade and Jackie in particular did a fantastic job. Thank you so much for making an otherwise notoriously stressful process much less so.

Just wanted to leave a review for kirsty, Jade and all the team at locate Urmston. From start to finish I felt totally at ease, with the sale of my house. They were all very polite, knowledgeable, understanding and professional. They would be hard to beat on price and was able to recommend a fantastic solicitor to deal with the legal stuff. I was actually recommended Locate Estate agents by my letting agent. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Not only are they really helpful and down to earth, but made sure that they kept me in the loop throughout. We had some slow progress with the buyer’s solicitors, Locate helped at every stage to try and speed up the process. Special shout out to Jade who should probably qualify as a solicitor!! Great people and service!

I want to give a massive public thank you to the staff at Locate. We mostly dealt with Kirsty and Jade and they were brilliant, very proactive and pragmatic. We signed up for RightMove alerts in February just to get a feeling for the Urmston market and happened to fall in love with pretty much the first house we saw. Locate put my flat in Salford on the market and sold it STC within a couple of weeks. Fast forward to May and we’re very happy in our new home in Urmston and thankful for Locate’s help in making it happen.

I honestly can’t thank the locate team enough. The stress of buying our first house and not knowing how it all works was very overwhelming. Even tho I didn’t end up going through locate they couldn’t do enough to help. They made the whole process a lot easier.
